There was no valet service when we checked in and the food at the buffet was ok, but the dining room was cafeteria'ish and not too clean and just not a great atmosphere for the money you were spending on the food. We payed premium dollar for the holiday weekend, but our players cards didn't work in alot of the slots and they didn't even show that we had played on the tables one night at all!!! What a ripoff!!! And the staff couldn't have cared less, they obviously were just happy to have our money for the room and didn't care if we come back or not. Spent Memorial Day weekend with my husband for our 25th anniversary - wanted to stay at the larger casino but they were booked and now I know why! The room was ok, bed was hard, bathroom was nice but the lighting was poor, and our view was of the roof of the casino.
