During the time at the casino, you could not get any help at the slot machines when they malfunctioned. They only had one floor of slot machines open and very limited dealer games. I asked for them to compensate/ reimburse us for the ubers we had to take and the extra fees for driving and parking around town to eat. The front desk clerk was very rude about everything as well. I asked to use a luggage cart and they would not allow me to. During check-in, i asked the front desk if they would be discounting rooms at all to accommodate the inconveniences. They canceled the shuttle service to and from ford field! (The convenience of the shuttle was main reason we decided to stay here). They had one bar open with limited slow service. They had one buffet open with a limited menu, limited hours, and limited service. They put a notice on their website with an apology and expected that to be sufficient.
The casino workers are on strike and nothing was open. Unfortunately, this was not at all the case. We chose this property because it was supposed to have a shuttle service to and from venue, multiple on site restaurants and bars. We booked this property for a weekend concert almost 1 year in advance.
